Year, after year, after year many new investors come to me for advice on how to get started and what to do. They just do not know what to do. I remember back when I started in the late 70’s, I was a little intimidated and cautious. There was no help out there. The Library had about two books about buying four families and selling them. No coaches could be found, no one would share their secrets.

“How does it work?”

After every activity on a per day basis we email to you a Daily Activity Report of what took place throughout the day. We will give you details of just about everything including how we do it all, from finding the deal, to rehabbing it, to selling it. Photos and graphics will occasionally be attached to the Daily Activity Report. It’s almost like being there, actually. Your emails start the day you sign up, so if you are doing your own project you will be able to keep in step on a day by day basis as we progress together. Once the project is sold or leased the entire project is over and the emails stop. The current project started Jan 2008 so if you sign up now you can join in on our current project and may even be able to see some of the crew or myself over there.
