A Word about our Founders: Our Founders started investing in the late 70’s buying, rehabbing and selling for many many years. Mr. Longest is a certified Continuing Educuation instructor for his Real Estate Classes, He is a speaker at local Real Estate Investment clubs as well as a member of the “Power Team” RealEstate Investor.com and past president of the local builder association.

Training Classes: John teaches 1/2 day classes in “Rehab Estimating”, “Working with Contractors”, “Getting Started”, “Sheriff Sale Secrets”, and others as well. Hundreds of Real estate investors, inspectors, appraisers , and realtors have been through these classes. Most courses are approved for Continuing Education for Realtors and for Ohio Professional Housing Provider (OPHP) for investors.
